How long does shipping take for new bikes?

All bikes undergo a professional pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before dispatch. This typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by 24-48 hour courier delivery within the UK.

What is your return policy for accessories and apparel?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are attached to apparel for a full refund.

Do you offer Click and Collect services?

Yes, you can select 'Click and Collect' at checkout to pick up your order from our Derby-based showroom at no extra cost.

Are your bikes delivered fully assembled?

Bikes are 95% assembled. For safety during transit, you will usually need to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and occasionally fit the front wheel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through our partners to help spread the cost of your purchase.

Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Every bike comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Velo Bavarian provides a complimentary first service for all bikes collected in-store within the first six weeks of ownership.
