Returns & Exchanges

At Velo Bavarian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the package back to our dedicated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
